about

I found this melody in The Angus Fraser Collection where the title is translated as “The Lover’s Solicitude” but I have discovered that a more accurate translation along the same lines might be something along the lines of “The Lover’s Depression.” Word for word the title translates best as something like "I am full of care." It is a great tune to improvise around so I kept the arrangement spare and had a conversation with it.
